STORY
Hiles Motorsport (formerly known as Wrex Racing) was born from a love of speed, sideways driving, and Subarus that bite back. What started in 2018 with the humble purchase of a 1997 WRX, now known as WREX, quickly turned into a full-blown obsession with rallying. One car became three, four, five....Track days became full-stage events, and a couple of mates in the shed became a serious threat on the WA rally scene.

Fast-forward to 2024, and driver Tim Hiles claimed the WA Rally Championship title, behind the wheel of a Maximum Motorsport-prepped 2009 WRX STI.
But we’re not done. In 2025, we’re bringing the heat!​

GRAMPS
(1992 Subaru Legacy RS)
The OG. The dirt-slinging, sideways-sending veteran of the crew. Built for gravel, packed with rally heritage, and returning in 2025 to tear up the stages with style and stubborn reliability.
WREX
(1997 Subaru WRX)
The namesake. The original. WREX is our tarmac specialist, fine-tuned for our rally sprint rounds, time attack and sealed surfaces. He's currently undergoing his 3rd rebuild, but we promise the wait will be worth it.
